Please arrive 10 minutes before departure. Participants must be at least 16 years old. All kayaks must be carried approximately 50 meters to and from the water. Dress appropriately for weather and water temperature. A dry or wetsuit is recommended. In summer, bring water, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat.
