Join an evening at Visit Bjørn, where food, music, and storytelling come together for a memorable experience. Bjørn and Mette handle everything from cooking and serving to entertaining, offering a five-course meal made with high-quality local ingredients.
The evening begins with a welcome introduction before the first dishes are served. Throughout the night, Bjørn shares musical performances and stories behind the dishes, which are presented on handmade ceramic plates and bowls from Mette’s workshop. The menu features smoked salmon and trout from Hitra and Frøya, Bjørn’s well-known bacalao, Spanish meatballs, a selection of local cheeses, and a royal dessert. Freshly baked olive bread, nut bread, and a variety of accompaniments are served throughout the meal.
After dinner, the entertainment continues with more music and storytelling. The night concludes with dessert, and the bar remains open until 23:30. A social and flavorful evening with great food, live music, and a warm and personal atmosphere.

Her kan du kjøpe billetter for liten gruppe, par eller solo. (Grupper over 10 pers kan også ta kontakt for egne kvelder). Visit Bjørn er en helt unik restaurant, midt i Trondheim. Musikeren Bjørn og hans kone Mette lager prisbelønt mat og serverer den på særdeles kreativt og underholdende vis.
Vanligvis er en helaften med 5-retters middag og underholdning fra kl 18.00 til 22.00 (åpent til 24.00)
